WRK has been honored with the following awards for it's committment to innovation in Real Estate:
Environmental Leadership Award
The Environmental Leadership Award is given every few years to individuals or organizations that demonstrate strong leadership and continued commitment towards the environment. The award is presented by the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County. WRK received this award in 2009 for the completion of their LEED Silver desigend Sawmill Buidling, LEED Gold designed University Pointe Development, and LEED Platinum designed Color Court Redevelopment."
Significant Development Award $1 Million and Above
The Downtown Lincoln Impact Awards are given every year by the Downtown Lincoln Association. The awards recognize individuals and companies that demostrate significant contributions to downtown Lincoln. The award is presented by the Mayor of Lincoln & the President of the Downtown Lincoln Association. In 2008, WRK received the "Significant Development Award $1 Million and Above" for the Sawmill Building, a LEED Silver Historic Renovation.
Architectural Honor Award
The Architectural Honor Award is a prestigous award that is given to companies taht demonstrate innovations, leadership, and progress in designa and development. In 2008, WRK & Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects received this award for the design and construction of BVH Studios. BVH Studios is located in WRK's Sawmill building and is the home to BVH Architects.
Residential Impact Award
The Downtown Lincoln Impact Awards are given every year by the Downtown Lincoln Association. The awards recognize individuals and companies that demostrate significant contributions to downtown Lincoln. The award is presented by the Mayor of Lincoln & the President of the Downtown Lincoln Association. In 2008, Devon Seacrest of WRK received the "Residential Development of the Year Award" for the Chapin Buidling Condominiums.
Integration of Old & New Award
The Preservation Association of Lincoln is a Nebraska organization that is responsible for protecting Lincoln's historic properties. In 2008, WRK received the Preservation Association of Lincoln's Integration of Old & New Award for the renewal of the Sawmill Building at 8th and S Street.
Young Entrepreneur Award
The Downtown Lincoln Impact Awards are given every year by the Downtown Lincoln Association. The awards recognize individuals and companies that demostrate significant contributions to downtown Lincoln. The award is presented by the Mayor of Lincoln & the President of the Downtown Lincoln Association. In 2006, Will and Robert Scott of WRK received the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award" for their combined effort in the revitalization of Downtown Lincoln.
Significant Development Award $1 Million and Above

The award is presented by the Mayor of Lincoln & the President of the Downtown Lincoln Association. In 2006, WRK received the "Significant Development Award $1 Million and Above" for the completion of the McKelvie Building at 14th and P Street.
Community Improvement Award
In 2008, WRK received the Community Improvement Recognition Award for the redevelopment of the AR720 Building at 7th & O Street. The award was presented to WRK by Gary Buchanan of KFOR and Michael Fosdick of Security Federal Savings.

In 2003, WRK received the "Significant Development Award $1 Million and Below" for the AR720 Building at 7th & O Street.
