This property is located just south of Waverly High School along I-80 in Waverly, Nebraska. The project included over 250 Acres of developable land. The property was platted and infrastructure was completed to create the developments for Tractor Supply, Kamterter Biotech, MBA Poultry and Watts Electric. The corner retail building was finished in 2008. An impressive mixture of concrete, brick, and stucco make this building one of the nicest retail centers in Waverly. Tenants of the building include: Runza, Subway, Goodrich Dairy, Farm Bureau Financial Services, Xceed Chiropractic & Wellness, and Pine Lake Healthcare. The project still has additional land available for redevelopment for office, retail, medical, or distribution centers. WRK led this project in collaboration with the City of Waverly to create a TIF district to create new jobs and services for this expanding community.
