P Street - Arbor Day Plaza

This building is located in the heart of downtown, directly across the street from The Grand Theatre on P Street. The location of this National Arbor Day building has some of the highest foot-traffic in the city. As part of the City of Lincoln "Master Plan," the Arbor Day Plaza Building will be in the center of the entertainment district. Part of the National Arbor Day Foundation, this building has several great amenities including the first green roof in Lincoln. Complete renovation took a once simple brick facade and transformed it into one of Lincoln's most modern and contemporary storefronts.
