P Street - Commercial Club Building

The Commercial Club Building is located on the corner of 11th and P Streets in the heart of downtown Lincoln located across the street from the Embassy Suites. The four story building was originally constructed in 1925 and was partially renovated to house Misty's Steakhouse on the first floor. The upper three floors were the home to Gallup Corporation and are being turned over into new office spaces. The third and fourth floors are connected with a large open space with a two story highly detailed volume which is unique to downtown. This project is ready for another round of redevelopment for office or housing. The current ownership also owns the building to the north which can connect into the new parking garage next to the University of Nebraska.
