West Haymarket Redevelopment

The West Haymarket Redevelopment envisions the redevelopment of 400 acres of blighted and underutilized property on the western edge of Lincoln's Downtown. The proposed redevelopment project involves several components including: a new arena, new hotel, convention center, public plazas, retail, office and condominiums.

Phase I UNL Arts & Humanities

Phase I of the UNL Arts & Humanities Block includes the completion of The Sawmill Building at 8th & Street. The building was completed in the Summer of 2007. The building is currently home to Bread & Cup, WRK, Bahr Vermeer & Haecker Architects, Senator Ben Nelson, New Age Design and Weitz Construction Company.

Block 85 Redevelopment

Block 85 Redevelopment includes the reconstruction and reuse of three historic buildings in the Haymarket. The project is just under a city block in size and will be the home to the State's first LEED Platinum Historic Renovation project (Color Court Redevelopment).

Assurity Center

The Assurity Center will be the new world headquarters for Assurity Life Insurance Company. Located on the "Golden Triangle" of Antelope Valley, WRK helped acquire over 8 acres of urban land for Assurity. The project site will include a 175,000 SF office building, a 500+ stall parking garage, and over 3 acres for future development.
