Phase I of the UNL Arts & Humanities Block includes the completion of The Sawmill Building at 8th & Street. The building was completed in the Summer of 2007. The Assurity Center will be the new world headquarters for Assurity Life Insurance Company. Located on the "Golden Triangle" of Antelope Valley, WRK helped acquire over 8 acres of urban land for Assurity.
