Originally built as a lumber sawmill manufacturing building and until last year. This picture was taken in Spring of 2007 prior to renovation.

This picture was taken in 2008 after final renovations to the exterior and interior of the building were completed. The building is now the home of WRK, LLC., Bread and Cup Restaurant, United States Senator Ben Nelson, Bahr Vermeer and Haecker Architects, The Weitz Company, New Age Design, and Hoppe Manufacturing.

McKelvie Building (Before)

This historical two-story brick building was originally called the "brick-factory". Later it became the home of Nebraska Farmer periodical and then Rock-n-Roll Runza. It is now called the McKelvie Buidling, in honor of Governor McKelvie.

This picture was taken in 2006 after the buidling was renovated and updated with modern ameniteis including outside dock space, contemporary awnings, new storefronts, and new windows.
