Building Description

Historical two-story brick building with recently updated modern amenities including: 400 square ft. dock, contemporary awnings and new store fronts. Inside are enhanced raw-boxes and the possibilities for build-out could take place in numerous ways. Originally called the "brick factory," it later became the home of the Nebraska Farmer periodical. It eventually changed to the famous Rock –n- Roll Runza restaurant in the 1990's, and it is now called the McKelvie Building, in honor of Governor McKelvie, who was chief editor of Nebraska Farmer for several years.
