35 East is a three-story, mixed-use development project directly across from UNL's East Campus. It occupies the former parking lot of the historic original Valentino's Italian Restaurant. The first floor includes the new Valentino's, along with an additional 4,300 square feet of retail space, which is available and ready for tenant improvements.
