P Street - Lind Building

The Lind building is located in the heart of Downtown Lincoln with high foot-traffic and visibility near the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The building is catty corner from the Rococo Theater, one of Lincoln's top venues for concerts, weddings, and entertainment events. The project renovated a two-story brick building with a new facade, elevator, interior finishes, and outdoor seating area. The building is a mixed use mid-block project along the vibrant P Street corridor. The project vision created a space for 5 Guys Burgers on the first floor with covered and secured parking in the back portion. The second floor is office space along P Street and two apartment units facing the alley. Three new skylights were installed on the second floor to help bring natural light to every corner of the building. This building was renovated in 2010 and was a key project in activating the P Street Retail scene.
